Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply if you upload content to LoopHive (“Creator”, “you”). By uploading, you agree to these terms.

1. Rights & Ownership Warranty

• You confirm you own or control all rights necessary to upload and license the audio you submit.
• Your uploads must not contain copyrighted material you do not have permission to use (including uncleared samples).
• You are responsible for any claims arising from your content.

2. License to LoopHive

You grant LoopHive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, promote, and distribute your uploaded content through the Service for the purpose of operating LoopHive (including previews, search, and downloads under selected licenses).

3. Removal & Moderation

LoopHive may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, our policies, or rights of others — or that creates legal risk.

4. Beta Status & Feature Availability

During beta, LoopHive may limit features (including paid licenses and split licenses). Feature availability may change without notice.

Beta note: During beta, only “Personal (Free)” licenses may be enabled by default.

5. Earnings & Payouts (If/When Enabled)

If LoopHive enables paid licensing and payouts, we will provide details on fees, revenue share, payout schedule, and requirements (e.g., verified payout account). During beta, earnings and payouts may be unavailable.

6. Termination

You may stop uploading at any time. LoopHive may suspend or terminate your creator access for violations or risk.
